STAT Energy Services' welding and fabrication capabilities are rooted deeply in our company. Our expertise and experience came from a merger with a successful welding and pipefitting company initially forming STAT Energy.
We offer efficient, timely, and cost-effective fabrication solutions to the oil and gas sector. Our commitment to high standards and excellent quality products is reflected in every project we take on. "Good enough" is not good enough for us. General fabrication services include heavy equipment repairs and maintenance, stairs, platforms, handrails, supports, pilings, framing, and truck rig-ups. This can be constructed in the shop or out in the field with our mobile units.
CWB, TIG, B-PRESSURE CERTIFIED
STAT Energy Services' qualified staff is certified and qualified for a variety of welding techniques. Experienced B-Pressure Welders that comply with all ABSA (Alberta Boilers Safety Association) and ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) codes comprise the majority of our welding staff.
We employ CWB (Canadian Welding Bureau) recognized, talented, and accomplished welders. We have Journeyman Red Seal Welders and Pipefitters on staff to help design, implement, and adjust engineering plans at a moment's notice. We pride ourselves on providing these specialized welding processes, including a variety of TIG applications.
FACILITY TURNAROUNDS
Our qualified team is experienced in Turnaround Solutions providing safe welding and pipefitting services. We offer staffing and crews to de-energize and ensure facilities are safe for further inspections during these shutdown maintenance events.
STAT Energy Services has services such as opening vessels, the removal of heaters, burners, and flare systems. We offer tank entry, as well as piping additions or modifications. We assist in assessing damages found and provide all the necessary tools and skillsets to repair on site. Our success in the efficiency of our mobilization and on-site capabilities makes us a leader for this in Northwestern Canada.
